Overview

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local Delivery and International Shipping

We use SF Express for local delivery. We also ship worldwide through postal services or DHL e-commerce. For all items, our website will calculate the shipping fee for your order during the check-out process(after inputting the address).

Taxes & Duties

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@whatthepet.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final. However, we do provide a grace period before the item is actually shipped out. If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible.

One-Year Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products purchased from our webstore. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctions occurring during normal use

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products without valid proof of purchase

How to Make a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Resolution:
We will evaluate your claim and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
